  • Research of potential prospects / new clients
  • Travel planning and travel expense accounting

  • Planning of trade fair visits
  • Communication with external service providers (freelancer, business partners, etc.)

You should possess the following characteristics and experience:

  • You think and work solution-oriented
  • You speak English and German fluently
  • You have experience in the field of office management / organisation in other companies
  • You have a bachelors (or comparable) degree in business administration and/or management or are currently studying in this field
  • You have excellent knowledge with regards to Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • One can rely on you at all times
  • You have an organisational skills
