Here is an overview of the tasks that await you at sellectra as Key Account Manager:

  • Project planning, monitoring and quality management
  • Internal project management with the help of software tools
  • Planning and conducting client meetings (virtual and on-site)
  • Managing key accounts as main contact person in all respects
  • Support sellectra during the scale-up process with innovative ideas and outside-the-box thinking

You should possess the following characteristics and experience:

  • You speak English and German fluently
  • You think and work solution-oriented
  • You have experience in the field of ecommerce / online marketing
  • It is easy for you to consult clients on the phone or on-site and you always find a win-win solution for all parties involved
  • You have a bachelors (or comparable) degree in business administration and/or management
  • You have work experience reaching beyond the level of a working student or intern
  • You have excellent knowledge with regards to Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • You have been able to gather experience with project management software tools (e.g. Asana, MS Project, etc.)
  • You are a communicative person and enjoy working in a team
